2. AI Estimates Are Not Certified Measurements

All measurements and cost estimates provided by RoofGrid AI are generated by artificial intelligence and are for informational purposes only. They are not certified, licensed, or guaranteed measurements.

• Accuracy is approximately ±500 sq ft or ±20% — results may vary based on roof complexity, satellite image quality, and other factors.
• Cost estimates are based on regional averages and current material pricing — actual contractor quotes may differ significantly.

3. Free Report Limits

Free reports are limited to 3 per email address (lifetime) and 3 per IP address per day. These limits exist to maintain fair access for all users. By submitting your information, you acknowledge these limits.
